Winemaker

At Blanc de Bleu®, we believe that wine should never be boring. And that is why we were inspired to create a blue sparkling wine from the finest California Chardonnay grapes with a touch of blueberry.

I grew up in Manteca, CA which is located in the Central Valley — California's agricultural bread basket — which produces more than half of the state's grapes. I never knew growing up that one day I would call myself a winemaker. I took a chance on a new adventure in my early 20's and now I have been winemaking at Bronco Wine Company for 14 years.

My favorite way to enjoy Blanc de Bleu® is ice cold on its own or in creative cocktails.
