- 2 oz. apple cider
- ½ oz. black spiced rum
- 1 apple, peeled and cubed
- 3 oz. Blanc de Bleu Sec
- Garnish: cinnamon stick
*This drink can be enjoyed hot or cold, see instructions below:
Cold: chill all ingredients before building. Shake apple cider and rum. Pour into glass and top with apple cubes. Slowly pour the Blanc the Blue Sec to top. Garnish.
Hot: combine all ingredients, except Blanc de Bleu Sec, in a slow cooker or bain-marie. Heat to desired temperature. Top with Blanc de Bleu Sec. Garnish.
