Autumn Lake

An "Autumn Lake" cocktail and a bottle of Blanc de Bleu Brut, next to half an apple and cinnamon sticks


  • 2 oz. apple cider
  • ½ oz. black spiced rum
  • 1 apple, peeled and cubed
  • 3 oz. Blanc de Bleu Brut
  • Garnish: cinnamon stick


*This drink can be enjoyed hot or cold, see instructions below:

Cold: chill all ingredients before building. Shake apple cider and rum. Pour into glass and top with apple cubes. Slowly pour the Blanc the Blue Brut to top. Garnish.

Hot: combine all ingredients, except Blanc de Bleu Brut, in a slow cooker or bain-marie. Heat to desired temperature. Top with Blanc de Bleu Brut. Garnish.
