Bleu Frost
Ingredients
- 6 scoops lime sorbet
- 2 oz. vodka
- 2 oz. coconut cream
- 3-4 leaves mint
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 3 oz. Blanc de Bleu Brut
- Rim: coconut flakes
Directions
Rim a coupe glass with coconut flakes. Combine all ingredients, except the Blanc de Bleu Brut, in a shaker or blender and incorporate until creamy. Pour into glass. Top with Blanc de Bleu Brut.
