Bleu Frost

A "Bleu Frost" cocktail with pine needles and a bottle of Blanc de Bleu Brut.

Ingredients

  • 6 scoops lime sorbet  
  • 2 oz. vodka
  • 2 oz. coconut cream
  • 3-4 leaves mint
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • 3 oz. Blanc de Bleu Brut
  • Rim: coconut flakes

Directions

Rim a coupe glass with coconut flakes. Combine all ingredients, except the Blanc de Bleu Brut, in a shaker or blender and incorporate until creamy. Pour into glass. Top with Blanc de Bleu Brut.
